Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Hire, terminate, coach, train, recognize, reward, and evaluate staff.
• Plan, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety strategies.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies and safety requirements.
• Mentor and develop aspiring Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt to changes and maintain urgency with a positive leadership style.
