Responsibilities

• Provide analytical information to management to assist organizational improvement.
• Evaluate and review current practices to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct and analyze procedural, financial, and structural barriers; propose redesigns.
• Assess feasibility of fiscal and program restructuring; advise senior management.
• Analyze service delivery flow and inter-program relationships to improve outcomes.
• Interpret statistical results for clients and prepare concise reports and visuals.
• Serve as expert for special projects and data-driven insights.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and presentations; pursue professional development.
• Perform other duties as needed.
