Dallas City Hall seeks a Manager – Business Operations Analyst to oversee budgeting lifecycle, procurement, contracting, and grants. You’ll develop key performance metrics, ensure audit readiness, and coordinate with City departments to align resources with leadership priorities.

You will lead process improvements, prepare data-driven reports, and support staff through policy implementation and training. This role requires strategic oversight and strong collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Finance, or Business field.
• Six (6) years of professional-level administrative experience in business/finance analysis.
• Three (3) years supervisory or project management experience including business/finance support.
• Experience conducting budget reviews and cost plan reporting to upper management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the department’s budgeting lifecycle, procurement, contracting, general ledger, performance metrics, and grant processes.
• Establish and report key performance metrics; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with City departments to align initiatives with resources and leadership priorities.
• Develop policies and procedures per ISO 9001 and OSHA 14001; create flowcharts and diagrams with Visio.
