Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires a 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service.
- Willingness to relocate nationwide.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in team settings or leadership roles.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the 12-month OSP training journey with rotations.
- Rotate through operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders and apply new skills daily.
- Relocate to multiple locations nationwide as required after training.
