Avis Budget Group is launching an Operational Strength Program (OSP) for ambitious leaders. As a Trainee in this 12‑month, full‑time program, you will rotate through operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership, with mentorship from senior leaders and hands-on experience.

The program begins January 2027 and requires relocation to various locations nationwide. Compensation is $52,000 per year plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits, with a path to management roles.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or military service is required.
• Ability to relocate nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solver with analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or leader (sports, clubs, military, etc.).
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join as an OSP Trainee and rotate through operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership.
• Receives mentorship from senior leaders and hands-on experience.
• Relocates to a location nationwide after training.
• Grows toward an Operations Manager role within a Fortune 500 company.
