Avis Budget Group is launching an Operational Strength Program (OSP) in January 2027 for ambitious leaders. The role starts as a Trainee and includes rotations across operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership, with mentorship from senior leaders.

The program offers relocation across the country, hands-on training, and a path to a management role within a Fortune 500 company. A base salary is provided with a company vehicle and benefits, plus sign-on and ongoing development

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service
• Ability and willingness to relocate anywhere nationwide
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Experience as a team member or team leader
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong leadership potential, resilience and passion for leading teams
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Emotional intelligence, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Regular, on-site presence (this role is not remote)
• Extra points for this: at least one year of high-quality customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program (OSP) and start toward an Operations Manager role
• Rotate through key operational functions and receive mentorship
• Relocate to different locations nationwide following initial training
• Participate in hands-on training in operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership
