Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Honolulu, HI is launching the Operational Strength Program for high-potential leaders. This 12-month, full-time trainee program rotates across operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership, with mentorship from senior leaders and relocation to nationwide locations.

You’ll begin with eight weeks of structured training, advance to a Manager-in-Training role, and have opportunities for a future Operations Manager position in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or 4 years military service.
• Willing to relocate anywhere nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or leader.
• Able to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid US work authorization and driver's license.
• On-site presence; not remote.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and rotate across operations.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on training in operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership.
• Relocate to various nationwide locations as needed after training.
• Progress to an Operations Manager role upon program completion.
• Earn compensation and participate in leadership development.
