Job summary

Avis Budget Group is offering a full-time Operational Strength Program (OSP) Trainee position in Orlando, FL. Beginning January 2027, you will rotate through operations, customer service, and logistics, receiving mentorship from senior leaders and building leadership capabilities to prepare for future management roles.

The program requires relocation to various locations nationwide after eight weeks of training, with compensation including a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Data-focused problem solving and strong analytical skills.
Experience working in teams or leading teams (sports, clubs, military, etc.).
Ability to relocate nationwide within the company’s discretion.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program to rotate through core operations functions.
Receive mentorship from senior leaders and develop leadership and operational skills.
Relocate to a nationwide location after initial training to advance to management roles.
