Avis Budget Group is seeking a Trainee for its Operational Strength Program (OSP) in Orlando, FL. This full-time, hands-on program trains you across operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership with a cohort from across the country.

Rotations, mentorship from leaders, and a guaranteed path to management follow an 8-week initial training plus a 12-month launch journey, with relocation support and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service
• Willing to relocate anywhere nationwide
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Experience as a team member or team leader
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong leadership potential and resilience
• Thrives in hands-on, fast-paced environments
• Emotional intelligence and urgency in problem solving
• Regular on-site presence (not remote)

Responsibilities

• Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and path to Operations Manager
• Rotate through key operations functions with mentorship
• Apply new skills daily through hands-on experience
• Relocate to a nationwide location as needed after the initial training
• Progress through a 12-month career-launch journey with leadership coaching
