Evlo AI in Raleigh seeks an operations-focused professional to own the backbone of our fast-moving tech organization. You will map workflows, fix bottlenecks, run projects end-to-end, and build leadership reporting with measurable impact within the first quarter.

This hands-on role requires cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. You will manage core processes, plan programs in Asana/Jira/Notion, and build dashboards (Looker/Tableau).

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of operations, project, or program management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent projects with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Hands-on experience with PM tooling (Asana, Jira, Notion) and reporting/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or advanced spreadsheets).
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable defining metrics, building models, and drawing insights from operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders across engineering, product, and finance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: experience with process automation tools (Zapier, Airtable), SOC 2 or compliance-adjacent operations, or remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve core operational processes, documenting SOPs and driving adoption across teams.
• Plan and execute cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, and owners in tools like Asana, Jira, or Linear.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets-based) tracking KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and cost per process.
• Manage vendor relationships, SaaS tooling, and procurement workflows, including license management and contract renewals.
• Run regular operating cadences — weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, and cross-team syncs — with clear agendas, action items, and follow-through.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with engineering to eliminate manual, repetitive work.
• Surface risks, blockers, and resource gaps to leadership with clear recommendations, not just status updates.
