Doodle Labs LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to drive cross-functional programs, optimize processes, and scale operations for a fast-growing hardware company. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Ops leadership to enhance efficiency and implement AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, process design, and coordinating priority initiatives while supporting leadership in monitoring business performance and growth. Based in Austin with some travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operations or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Ability to learn from senior leaders and manage complex projects.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve team effectiveness.
• Standardize software stacks and platforms across teams, including AI-first operations.
• Maintain operating rhythm with weekly leadership updates and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead supply chain optimization projects to ensure timely hardware shipping.
• Design and implement new processes with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-functional initiatives.
