Watts Water Technologies is seeking ambitious graduates for its three-year Operations Leadership Development Program. You will rotate through Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Project Management, and Operations Supervision/Leadership to gain hands-on experience across the manufacturing lifecycle. Based in Blauvelt, NY with rotations in Ft.

Worth, TX; Ft. Myers, FL; and Hutchinson, KS, the program emphasizes leadership, technical skills, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Graduation date in May 2027.
• Strong interest in leadership development and growth into future leadership positions.
• Solid technical foundation with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Project Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support leadership development activities and learn from senior leaders.
• Travel for field experiences and customer site rotations (approx. 10–25%).
• Develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills through hands-on projects.
