Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Graduation date May 2027 is expected.
• Internship/co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations and analyze production processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in capital projects and new product introductions in manufacturing.
• Lead or support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
