Responsibilities

• Production Engineering: analyze processes, equipment performance, and metrics; implement improvements.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement: lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, and problem-solving.
• Operations Project Management: plan, execute, track projects across functions; assess costs and risks.
• Operations Supervision/Leadership: support daily manufacturing operations and staff development.
