Watts Water Technologies is launching a three‑year Commercial Leadership Rotational Program designed to develop the next generation of engineers and product leaders. You will rotate through Engineering, Product Management, and Applications Engineering, gaining exposure to design, manufacturing, and customer applications.

The program is hybrid and based at our North Andover, MA headquarters, with cross‑functional exposure and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Graduation date May 2027.
• Strong interest in leadership development and curiosity to grow into future leadership positions.
• Strong technical foundation with problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and business data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations during rotations.
• Analyze technical data and customer feedback to support decisions.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and business case evaluation.
• Assist in cross‑functional project coordination and training development.
• Support development of customer solutions, pricing, and profitability insights.
