Job summary

Watts Water Technologies offers an Operations Leadership Development Program designed for ambitious graduates to launch a career in manufacturing operations. You will rotate through Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Project Management, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure.

The program is onsite with rotations across multiple locations and requires a May 2027 graduation in engineering. Travel between sites is expected as part of the development path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Graduation date May 2027.
• Strong interest in leadership development and long-term growth.
• Strong technical foundation with problem-solving ability.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Project Management and Leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Operations.
• Travel ~10-25% for customer visits, field assignments, and training.
• Support capacity expansion, process optimization and operational integration projects.
• Develop leadership, communication and team-building skills through daily interactions with staff.
