• Bachelor’s degree in one of: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business/related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain.
• Willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program.
• Strong leadership potential and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing or operations rotations with increasing responsibility across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Manage inventory, production planning, procurement coordination, and distribution network operations during rotations.
• Gain exposure to warehouse management, logistics operations, and service level performance.
