Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Candidates must be open to relocation after the program.
• Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Experience or internships in construction or related industry is a plus.
• Affinity for understanding technical/mechanical systems.
