Qualifications

At least two years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Pursuing or recently completed a relevant bachelor's degree, with graduation between January and December 2026 or within the past 18 months.
Approximately zero to one year of people-leadership experience.
Able to work full-time on-site, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and adapt to morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Willing to relocate during or after the program.

Responsibilities

Support daily departmental processes and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
Coach and mentor warehouse associates and assist with onboarding and training.
Promote workplace safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
Track KPIs, communicate performance gaps and project progress, and support continuous improvement.
Partner with Human Resources, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation teams to resolve operational issues.
