Job summary

Brobston Group in Riverside, CA is launching an accelerated rotational program designed to fast-track early-career professionals into leadership roles within supply chain operations. Participants will gain hands-on experience across fulfillment and distribution, rotating through departments, shifts, and sites while developing core leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

You will support daily processes, coach associates, promote safety, report on KPIs, and collaborate with site support

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant bachelor\'s degree, with graduation by December 2026 or within the last 18 months.
• Approximately 0-1 year of formal or informal people-leadership experience.
• Available to work full time on-site, adapt to varying shifts, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental processes and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Promote workplace safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
• Report on KPIs, track projects and process improvements, and help address performance gaps.
• Partner with site support teams to resolve operational issues and drive facility performance.
