Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC.
- Degree in SCM or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026.
- Early‑career leadership exposure: 0–1 year.
- Willingness to work on-site full‑time and relocate if needed.
Responsibilities
- Participate in trainings and workshops to develop leadership.
- Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily processes.
- Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain understanding.
- Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance.
- Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
- Prioritize safety to ensure a safe work environment.
- Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance.
- Report KPIs and progress on projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Site Support teams to solve operational issues.
