Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Early-career leadership exposure: ~0–1 year of people-leadership experience (formal or informal).
• Willingness to work on-site in a hands-on fulfillment environment and to adapt to various shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to understand operations.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Support with employee selection, onboarding, and training; assist with safety efforts and KPI reporting.
