Job summary

Brobston Group is launching an accelerated leadership development program to groom managers for supply chain operations in fulfillment and distribution centers. Participants will gain hands-on experience through departmental rotations, training, and mentorship, with the cohort starting in February 2027.

The program emphasizes leadership, safety, and performance analytics as you rotate across departments and shifts, with on-site responsibilities and relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuing related bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation by December 2026 or graduated in the past 18 months.
• Approximately 0–1 year of formal or informal people-leadership experience.
• Available to work full-time on-site and adapt to varied shifts.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental processes and rotate across departments, shifts, or buildings.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates and assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Promote workplace safety and use data, KPIs, and performance scorecards to identify improvements.
• Communicate project progress and partner with support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in leadership training and continuous improvement activities.
