Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC or a related degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, with anticipated 2026 graduation or within 18 months.
• Early-career leadership exposure and ability to work on-site in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to adapt to various shifts, including mornings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to cultivate leadership and management skills.
• Support current Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily processes to meet goals.
• Rotate between departments to gain a deeper understanding of operations.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams.
• Prioritize safety and use data to improve departmental performance.
• Report KPIs and progress on projects and process improvements.
