Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations Management.

• Willing to relocate for rotations across locations.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 demonstrates commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotational program across Operations Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Take on roles like Logistics Analyst, Production Supervisor, Buyer, or Material Flow Analyst.
• Develop project management skills by planning, leading, and delivering key assignments.
• Identify opportunities to improve product and process performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive innovative manufacturing solutions.
