Job summary

Symbotic is seeking candidates for its Operations Development Program (ODP), an 18-month rotational path to prepare future leaders in Operations. The program provides exposure to Customer Operations and related functions within Symbotic's automated distribution environment.

ODP Associates rotate through core operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent master's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel during the program.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.
• Gain hands-on experience supporting the operation and performance of automated systems.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Complete capstone projects contributing to operational excellence and customer success.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development throughout the program.
