Job summary

Symbotic is seeking ODP Associates for an 18-month rotational program across its core Operations functions. You will rotate through customer operations, gaining hands-on experience with warehouse automation and system performance while developing cross-functional expertise.

You will work on process improvements, mentorship, and project-based learning, positioning you to transition into operations leadership roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Recent master's degree in MBA, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain or a bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18-month rotational program across Operations.
• Gain hands-on experience supporting automated systems and performance.
• Build knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, productivity and performance.
• Analyze operational data, identify improvements, and support corrective actions.
• Complete capstone projects contributing to operational excellence and customer success.
