• Graduation must occur by the program start date (Dec 2026 or May 2027).
• Minimum GPA 3.0. Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor with a team of innovators and network with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Participate in learning workshops and training to understand main process elements of Supply Chain.
• Receive a Program Mentor and access to a broad network of Associates and Alumni for support.
• During rotations, site-specific Rotational Manager will oversee development and progress; weekly/daily check-ins occur.
