Clear Destination Inc. invites you to join an Operations Leadership Program designed to accelerate your career through a three-year rotation across core business functions.

Participants gain hands-on exposure to procurement, operations, leadership, finance, and customer focus while contributing to real projects. We seek graduates with strong leadership potential, a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and geographic mobility for multiple rotation locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with GPA 3.2 or higher.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Two or more relevant internships or work experiences in operations, manufacturing, project management, supply chain or logistics.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Procurement, Operations Management, Leadership, Finance, and Customer Focus.
• Engage in projects and develop as an influential leader.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need to Excel in This Role
