Job summary

Siemens Healthineers offers the Operations Leadership Development Program, a two-year, on-site track designed to develop leaders in supply chain and manufacturing. You will rotate through multiple factory sites, participate in workshops, and receive mentorship from senior leaders for high-impact projects.

Graduates in engineering or related fields with a 3.0 GPA are encouraged to apply. Permanent U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel, including international deployments, are required.

Qualifications

• Majors: BS/BA in Operations/Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Biochemistry and Biology related sciences, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Molding Engineering, Distribution Management, Automation and similar.
• Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date, but no more than seven months prior (by December 2026 or May 2027).
• Recommended Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• You will be mentored by our team of innovators and will gain exposure to a global, matrixed environment whose priority is solving global challenges.
• Program Participants will partake in workshops and training to develop a broad understanding of Supply Chain process elements and build internal/external networks.
• Each OLDP Associate will have a Program Mentor and access to a network of Associates and Alumni for ongoing support.
• During rotations, a Rotational Manager will oversee progress with weekly/daily check-ins and interactions with senior management.
• This on-site program requires travel and potential short-term international deployments.
