Responsibilities

Drive execution of firm-wide strategies with day-to-day operational impact.
Build and optimize recruiting engines, onboarding, and performance accountability.
Provide strategic oversight of marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
Evaluate tools, automation, and systems to boost efficiency across the business.
Coordinate work across legal, operations, marketing, offshore teams, and partners.
Own complex challenges, identify practical solutions, and push decisions forward.
