Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a law firm or legal environment.
• Proven ability to develop firmwide KPIs and dashboards.
• Deep knowledge of law firm operations and attorney workflows.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing costs.
• Strong executive presence and clear communication.
• Familiarity with legal tech and AI for efficiency.
• Change management skills across cross-functional teams.
• MBA or JD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior operational partner to the executive leadership team, translating firm strategy into measurable operational priorities and scalable execution.
• Audit and improve data systems, creating firmwide KPIs and dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Vendor and contract management: evaluate vendor relationships, contracts, and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with priorities.
• Oversee legal technology, technology vendors, inventories, and AI governance policies to improve efficiency while protecting confidentiality.
• Standardize and document SOPs, improve cross-functional workflows, clarify ownership, and implement scalable processes.
• Develop business continuity and crisis management plans to minimize impact on operations and client services.
• Lead operational initiatives with clear priorities and accountability across departments.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for senior leadership, providing concise executive updates.
