Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, CA, seeks a seasoned Head of Legal Operations to lead strategies that scale the Global Legal function. You will own the technology ecosystem, drive automation, and partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery across regions.

Reporting to the Chief Counsel, AMA, this hybrid role requires 8+ years of experience, including 5+ in legal operations, with Ironclad and other legal tech. In-office presence three days weekly at our SF HQ is expected.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in legal operations.
Hands-on knowledge of legal technology platforms, including CLMs such as Ironclad.
Track record of improving processes and driving automation in legal settings.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness, scalability, and performance of the Global Legal function.
Develop and implement legal operations strategies, workflows, and governance models.
Own admin, optimization, and evolution of the legal tech ecosystem (CLM, AI, knowledge/matter mgmt).
Partner with legal leaders and business stakeholders to automate processes and standardize work.
