Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in in-house legal operations.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to automate workflows.
• Proficiency with Ironclad, Brightflag, ClickUp and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Improve and streamline legal operations by identifying inefficiencies and establishing scalable workflows across contract management and outside counsel.
• Own administration of all legal technology platforms including e-billing and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Partner with the GC to execute short/long-term operations plans.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize outside counsel engagement to reduce legal spend while maintaining quality.
• Analyze key legal metrics and KPIs through reports and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives translating insights into process and tech refinements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor service levels and system performance.
