Job summary

Lemme is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to own fulfillment performance and inventory health. You will manage 3PL relationships, ensure stock flow from partners to customers via DTC, Amazon, and retail, and build Excel models to guide purchasing decisions.

This hands-on role requires comfort on a warehouse floor and in a 20-tab workbook, with quarterly travel to fulfillment sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Must be able to manage complex inventory and fulfillment processes across multiple channels.
• Experience with 3PL relationships and KPI tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment center relationships, track SLA, and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across locations and channels; run cycle counts.
• Develop and maintain Excel models for inventory and purchasing planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce on launches and inventory needs.
