Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks an Ops Innovation Adoption & Readiness Leader to accelerate adoption and realize business value across BV Operations. You will develop and execute integrated adoption and change strategies, enabling professionals and leaders to understand, prepare for, adopt, and effectively use new technologies, AI, and transformed working methods.

You will serve as the central leader for change management, workforce enablement, communications, and adoption measurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable adoption and change strategies for innovation initiatives.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, barriers, and risks; define adoption outcomes.
• Build and lead networks of innovation champions and early adopters.
• Engage leaders to build ownership and translate priorities into team actions.
• Develop audience-specific communications and workforce training.
• Establish and monitor adoption, readiness, usage, proficiency, feedback, and sustainment measures.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to align stakeholders and reduce change fatigue.
