Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a BV Ops AI, Automation & Data Strategy Leader to define and advance enterprise‑wide AI, automation, and data strategy across BV Operations. This role guides governance, value realization, and scalable adoption with human oversight and security.

You will partner with BTS and D&IT to turn approved use cases into pilots, products, platforms, and interoperable capabilities, driving measurable improvements across engineering, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of applicable experience in EPC, engineering, construction, procurement, operations, technology enablement, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
Experience leading or supporting AI, automation, digital solutions, data strategy, analytics, or process improvement.
Experience evaluating business needs, developing strategic roadmaps, building business cases, prioritizing investments, and driving adoption across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide AI, automation, and data strategy across BV Operations.
Coordinate with BTS and DIT to align with enterprise requirements and security standards.
Prioritize AI/automation/data opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and scalability.
Develop pilots, products, and platforms with stakeholders and external partners.
