Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an experienced BV Operations Innovation Adoption & Readiness Leader to drive adoption, use, and value realization of innovation capabilities across BV Operations. You will orchestrate change management, workforce enablement, communications, and adoption measurement; partnering with BTS, D IT, Regions, and initiative teams to translate strategies into practical, measurable outcomes.

You will lead adoption programs across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Project

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of applicable experience.
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search, and compliance with laws).

Responsibilities

Adoption & Change Strategy: Develop scalable adoption and change strategies aligned with BV Operations priorities and workforce needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Champion Networks: Build and lead innovation champion networks and engage leaders to translate priorities into team actions.
Communications & Workforce Enablement: Create audience-specific communications and partner with learning to deliver role-based training and readiness resources.
Adoption Measurement & Sustainment: Establish and monitor adoption, readiness, usage, proficiency, feedback, and sustainment measures.
Leadership & Collaboration: Advise operations leaders on change strategy and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to reduce change fatigue.
Management Responsibilities: Acts as lead person without direct management responsibility over others.
