Black & Veatch is seeking an Ops Innovation Adoption & Readiness Leader to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and transformed ways of working across BV Operations. You will serve as the central change leader, coordinating adoption strategy, workforce enablement, training, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with engineering, construction, supply chain, and regional teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop scalable adoption and change strategies for innovation initiatives and technology deployments.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, barriers, and risks, and define adoption outcomes and sustainment plans.
• Build and lead networks of innovation champions, change advocates, subject matter experts, and early adopters.
• Engage leaders, managers, and professionals to build ownership, gather feedback, and translate enterprise priorities into relevant team actions.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communications that explain the purpose, value, expectations, and impacts of innovation initiatives.
• Partner with learning and subject matter experts to deliver role-based training, guidance, demonstrations, and workforce readiness resources.
• Establish and monitor adoption, readiness, usage, proficiency, feedback, and sustainment measures.
• Identify adoption gaps, recommend interventions, and connect adoption performance to business outcomes and value realization.
• Advise Operations leaders on change strategy, adoption risks, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across concurrent initiatives to reduce change fatigue and strengthen an innovation culture.
