Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a BV Operations Innovation Portfolio & Governance Manager to lead governance, coordination, and execution of the innovation program from concept through pilot, scale, and benefits realization across the BV Operations organization.

You will partner with solution leaders, technology managers, and D&I to balance experimentation with risk, drive disciplined investment decisions, develop business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.

• Typical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the BV Operations innovation intake and evaluation process.
• Maintain visibility and reporting across active innovation initiatives.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing innovation opportunities based on business needs and expected value.
• Track project status, risks, outcomes, and resource requirements.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Promote consistency in evaluation and decision-making processes.
