• 12+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable adoption and change strategies for innovation initiatives and technology deployments.
• Assess stakeholder readiness, barriers, risks, and define adoption outcomes.
• Build and lead networks of innovation champions and change advocates.
• Engage leaders to translate priorities into team actions and promote collaboration.
• Develop audience-specific communications and deliver role-based training.
• Establish adoption, readiness, usage and sustainment measures.
• Advise leaders on change strategy and coordination across initiatives.
