Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a BV Ops AI, Automation & Data Strategy Leader to define enterprise AI, automation, and data strategy across BV Operations. You will shape roadmaps, governance, and investments to boost productivity, quality, and value across engineering, construction, supply chain and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience in EPC, engineering, construction, procurement, operations, technology enablement, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, digital solutions, data strategy, analytics, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BV Operations AI, automation, and data strategy, roadmaps, investment themes, and success measures aligned with business priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, decision rights, and risk reviews for AI, automation, and data.
• Lead prioritization of AI, automation, and data opportunities based on alignment, value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Turn approved use cases and data priorities into pilots, products, platforms, integrations, and scalable capabilities.
• Champion adoption, workforce readiness, data stewardship, and measure value realization.
