Job summary

Black & Veatch’s BV Operations seeks an experienced Ops Innovation Portfolio & Governance Manager to lead governance, prioritization, and value realization for the innovation portfolio across BV Operations. You will partner with solution leaders, technology managers, and DIT to balance risk, allocate resources, and ensure measurable value from ideas to pilots.

As a key liaison, you will drive stage-gate reviews, develop business cases, and report on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead BV Operations innovation portfolio governance from concept to realization.
• Coordinate prioritization, tracking, and reporting of ongoing initiatives.
• Develop business cases, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
