Job summary

SupportFinity™ in Pflugerville, Texas, seeks a Sr. Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving budgetary discipline, people development, and site objectives.

You will champion Lean initiatives, ensure safety and quality in Inbound or Outbound operations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other senior ops to secure resources and share best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Experience with Lean techniques.
• Full staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality improvement and process optimization initiatives using Lean.
• Oversee performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Set clear expectations for Operations and Area Managers and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources.
• Promote best practices across departments, shifts and network.
