Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.

• Experience leading or coordinating teams in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations.
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and support departments.
• Experience identifying and resolving production, material, and workflow issues.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines supplied with materials and ensure operations run efficiently.
• Communicate daily priorities to team members and coordinate to meet goals.
• Partner with Engineering and other departments to address production issues and process improvements.
• Provide clear written and verbal communications, including shift pass downs and downtime updates.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
