Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years of leadership in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Five or more years using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; at least one year of project management.
• Minimum of one year experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality management system.
• Three or more years of experience preparing KPI reports, cost analysis, and presenting operational performance data.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, customer service, and SIFOT performance objectives.
• Promote zero-defect performance in EHS, quality, and productivity through Operational Discipline.
• Coach and mentor production teams toward a quality-first mindset and continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate production schedules and staffing to ensure adequate labor and appropriate safety stock levels.
• Design and optimize production workflows to improve throughput while maintaining quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet customer delivery commitments and SIFOT targets.
• Manage departmental expenditures within budget guidelines.
