Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Seven+ years of leadership in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
Five or more years using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; at least one year of project management.
Minimum of one year experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality management system.
Three or more years of experience preparing KPI reports, cost analysis, and presenting operational performance data.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, customer service, and SIFOT performance objectives.
Promote zero-defect performance in EHS, quality, and productivity through Operational Discipline.
Coach and mentor production teams toward a quality-first mindset and continuous improvement.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate production schedules and staffing to ensure adequate labor and appropriate safety stock levels.
Design and optimize production workflows to improve throughput while maintaining quality and safety.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet customer delivery commitments and SIFOT targets.
Manage departmental expenditures within budget guidelines.
