Intertek is seeking a Coordinator, Operational Excellence in York, PA to support the Building & Construction team. The role focuses on intake of inquiries, visitor reception, clerical tasks, and project support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years directly related experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Met-Track/Crystal Reports, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.

Responsibilities

• Screen phone calls and inquiries regarding basic department services.
• Welcome site visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
• Prepare quotations/proposals, invoices, reports, and general correspondence.
• Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Perform clerical work including copying, scanning, and filing.
• Manage department records and project files, schedules, logs, and databases.
