Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing.
• Hands-on technical depth with RCA and corrective-action development.
• Proven track record delivering fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing improvements.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, Lean, TPM, and CI.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, coaching at all career stages.
• Own equipment reliability and OEE across fill-pack systems; perform RCA and implement lasting fixes.
• Standardize maintenance strategies and use data to identify failure trends.
• Drive OEE, waste reduction, and yield improvements; lead Lean TPM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation to solve cross-functional problems.
• Support off-shift needs and travel between plant sites and vendors.
