Job summary

Chobani is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will own equipment reliability, drive OEE improvement, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation to solve complex problems.

You will develop engineers at all career stages, manage RCA activities, and implement standardized maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• 6+ years engineering experience in manufacturing with direct team leadership.
• Hands-on trouble-shooting, RCA, and corrective action development.
• Proven record delivering improvements in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong understanding of reliability, Lean, TPM, and CI principles.
• Ability to lead engineers across career stages and build an engaged team.
• Willingness to travel between plant sites and vendor locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers across career stages.
• Drive equipment reliability and OEE across fill-pack systems.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement lasting corrective actions.
• Standardize maintenance strategies and use data to improve reliability.
• Drive OEE, waste reduction, and yield improvements in production.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation to solve cross-functional issues.
• Support off-shift and weekend events as required and ensure food safety compliance.
