Chobani is seeking an Equipment and Reliability Engineer to improve asset and process efficiencies and deliver step-change gains in OEE and cost. You will collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to redesign equipment, lead projects, and influence the organization through data-driven decision making.

You will guide root cause analysis, work with third-party teams when needed, and develop conceptual designs for filler/packaging equipment while maintaining critical documentation and safety

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience at the plant level.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience drafting technical documents and reports.

Mansioni

• Solve complex problems to sustainably improve OEE and/or cost.
• Redesign equipment to meet OEE/cost goals when current capabilities are lacking.
• Lead root cause analysis, failure tracking, and corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with 3rd party engineering teams as needed.
• Prepare conceptual designs and floor plans for filler/packaging equipment.
• Apply Six Sigma and data-driven tools to solve problems (FMEA, MTTR, MTBF).
• Serve as engineering SME on project teams and research topics with production.
• Transition capital projects into production plant teams; maintain docs.
